I interpret your information as the iphone updated its storage ids and the Gphoto app hasn't yet got those in its inventory, so it doesn't know how to deal with them. You could go to the Gphoto web page and see if they are aware of the issue. If they are, an update will probably take care of the issue eventually, once they reverse engineer the new storage ids.
