Thanks for pursuing this.  I noticed that deltarpms weren't
consistently happening, but I thought that someone had decided they were
not needed or something.  Part of those continuous Fedora changes.

I meant to ask about this too. My data usage is allocated by Viasat and I watch it carefully. I've noticed that there were very few drpms with fedora 25 upgrades.

Is the above page saying that this problem is fixed and things should work as in the past after today?
