(On Fedora 23, I grub.cfg is in /boot/grub2.)
BIOS firmware, yes. Not if the firmware is UEFI.
How is grub supposed to find grub.cfs under EFI/fedora?
Fedora's grubx64.efi expects to find it in the same directory.
BTW, I got F25 installed on the laptop. Thanks for the help.
