I use a HDTV for a monitor for my media system.  It has the overscan issue, and I have to run a program to "tweak" the screen resolution to work-around it.  Not where I can pull up the info on how I do it at the moment - will try to post later tonight.

despite all this info, i am unable to switch to 1020x1080 with out the over scanning.

i am very suspicious about,...
HDMI-1 connected primary 2016x1134+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 1600mm x 900mm

should not  2016x1134+0+0 be 1920x1080?


suggestions? tia, jackc...
