Allegedly, on or about 11 April 2016, Patrick O'Callaghan sent: > Try turning it off and on again (seriously :-) Does that mean pressing the button really hard? ;-) Shirley, you don't mean so... Okay, back to being serious. One thing to ask is does the camera have two or distinctive modes for taking pictures, viewing pictures, or PC mode (as in Personal Computer), and are you in the right mode? Also, I've found some annoying devices that need plugging into the USB after they've been turned on, not before. And replugging if you turn them off. Which is seriously annoying thing to have to do, especially on equipment that powers off when it gets bored for a few minutes. Not to mention wears out the connectors abnormally faster. -- [tim@localhost ~]$ uname -rsvp Linux 3.9.10-100.fc17.x86_64 #1 SMP Sun Jul 14 01:31:27 UTC 2013 x86_64 Boilerplate: All mail to my mailbox is automatically deleted, there is no point trying to privately email me, I only get to see the messages posted to the mailing list.
