Uhm, why not just install mpv from the repos? I'd be surprised if the
one I installed via "dnf install" for F21 installed a newer version of
mpv than the one in the F22 repos. Ditto with smplayer.
I did check from f22 repos.
f20 (what I am running) is at about 6 revs behind.
