If they're only going to upload graphics (photos, product shots with prices superimposed, pictures saying "sale on this weekend," etc.), an alternative may be a photo website. You can pre-decorate some of their user pages with contact details and company description, then just upload new photos when desired. If they use a mobile phone as a camera, there are apps that would let them upload a photo as soon as it was taken. It's a more unusual approach, but how many of us have come across a completely useless business site, because it tells you nothing, has no contact details that work (e.g. they never check their mail), or tries to be hip with social networking but abandons interacting with it?
