hello Jim and Fred.

firefox 37.- is a joke. in fact, firefox 3*. is a joke.

mozilla devs have been running around with their heads up "where
the sun don't shine" trying to stay ahead of gaagle chrome.

none of the 3*. series are worth the time users have spent trying
to use them.

it seems that instead of taking time to fix bugs, they write a
new version or release and end up with new bugs.

the last *stable* v/r was 27.0.1.

i am running centos6.6 and i am still using 24.8.0 and i have *zero*
problems, other than with firefox and adobe.

both the fedora and centos devs need to subscribe to the firefox and
thunderbird support groups, either email list or news group, so that
they can see just what kind of crap moz devs are putting out.

my advice to linux users, look for 24.8.0 or 27.0.1.

i do not if either version are readily available on fedora or centos
sites, but tarballs can be found via;

  ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/
