Back when I did senior tech support for an ISP, we used headsets with long cords so that we could move around during a call. I always arranged things so that I was near a pillar so that I could bang my head against it when I was dealing with a less than cooperative caller. (Why they called if they weren't going to follow instructions is a question I never asked, because I was afraid that the answer might make sense.) It was an excellent way to express my frustration without letting the caller know what I thought of them and besides, it felt so *good* when I stopped.
