I went into the compose key characters in detail in another post. I am using IBM model M keyboards on all the big computers here, and
they don't have any windows keys. (My laptop doesn't have a right-hand windows key either.) I use the right ALT key for COMPOSE. Your
setup routine should give you a choice.
