Did find a strange issue. Used the Edit option and accidently pressed enter instead of F10 and then it actually booted up with the 3.16.2 kernel. Never got any machine to boot directly from the grub menu, but sometime it would work with Edit and F10, sometimes with Edit, Enter, F10, but sometime even those would result in blank screen with no disk access. I've also been using a 3.16.2 kernel that I built for my G4L project to do disk images, and it has no problems. Still not seeing anything in logs, so don't think it is even getting to that point. Have tried modifying the grub.cfg and remove the quiet from the linux line, and that seems to have it booting directly from grub menu?? > -- > Regards, > Sudhir Khanger, > http://sudhirkhanger.com > http://github.com/donniezazen > Fingerprint: 49DD C204 6035 CD92 6949 3BFD EE67 D28C 9F14 497B > -- > users mailing list > users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > To unsubscribe or change subscription options: > https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users > Fedora Code of Conduct: http://fedoraproject.org/code-of-conduct > Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines > Have a question?
