If that's due to security issues, you're screwed, and you're just sidestepping the issue. More than likely it's just programming screw-ups on their behalf. I'd be more inclined to simply close the browser completely (all windows, so the program actually exits), and try again. Next, if another failure happens, try flushing the cookies, then the cache (as diagnosis steps as to where the problem probably lay).
