As long as you have your MTA (Sendmail, Postfix, etc) set up correctly, they all work good. For a basic test message, they all work about equally well. It is when you want to send a bunch of mail from a batch file that the differences come into play. I find Nail is the best of the three if you want to send a HTML message. (I send out a monthly HTML format calendar.)
