Now nobody knows what you did, in how many ways were those instructions
broken, and how much time and effort will it take to fix that mess... :-(
I do,.... now!
Went back thru history and found that I did not correctly complete a
line from that fedoraforum instruction set:
dracut /boot/initranfs-$(uname -r).img $(uname -r)
Concequence => stuffed boot sequence. And no way in via Fedora to fix
the mess.
Cest le Vi (pun) -- Live and learn.
Time, couple of hours fresh install....
I'm glad I keep copies of everything that matters, one regret is the
pain of installing postgresql and it's dependencies again and possibly
the mysery of Rails dependencies.
