Do you realize you're posting to the list in html?  Not doing so will save you some bandwidth.  And, it will conform to the list's guidelines as well.  :-)

No, I did not! A new Thunderbird install, default was send in both plain and html, I've set it to "ask." Also set to plain for this list ...

Let's see if this works as intended now?
