You do know, don't you, that there isn't a mass rebuilding of rpms
that haven't changed just to get the new version number? It's quite
possible to be completely up-to-date and still have packages from
earlier versions because they've not needed any updating.
Yes, including some that are not even maintained anymore. PwManager
comes to mind.
