You need to edit the sudoers file. You should find a copy that works
and make yours look like that. (Hint: you need to add a line with

Is this not true any more?
No, it has never been true. But visudo will catch any boo-boos you
make. Sudoers is just a text file, and you can edit it with any
editor, even Kate. Just be careful.
