Hi
I have been using sudo yum update && yum upgrade every couple of days
or so to keep Fedora 16 up to date but this morning have a problem.
Note that yum is not apt. yum upgrade is the same as yum --obsoletes
update. yum update is enough.
Thanks Susi, I use both apt in ubuntu and yum in Fedora and am aware of
differences.
sudo yum update produces the same error:
Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
http://nodejs.tchol.org/stable/f16/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno
14] curl#7 - "Couldn't connect"

Available: python-slip-0.2.17-1.fc16.noarch (fedora)
python-slip = 0.2.17-1.fc16
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
so does not resolve the problem of failing dependencies.
Thanks anyway
