I have not tried the rpms myself yet because I only use bbswitch and compile it myself. (I have no need for Nvidia discrete graphics and furthermore the support of the nouveau driver for the 'Kepler' family of Nvidia GPUs is abominable, certainly with regard to power management, which is actually nonexistent). There are some problems with getting the rpms officially included in the Fedora repositories because for example bbswitch is an out-of-tree kernel module. A VirtualGL rpm is already available in Fed18.
