Replying to myself here. 

I just noticed the systemd file so I added the relevant bits to the spec file as well as bbswitch which will need to be packaged separately (see below).

Since bbswitch is an external kernel module I'm assuming it will have to be packaged at RPM Fusion (or the like).

I've updated the above link so please re-download if you already have.
