I wouldn't go that far, just have a look into why it doesn't do something you thought it ought to. Perhaps it's a legal reason. Perhaps it conflicts with a goal of the distro. Perhaps it's simply that nobody's implemented what you wanted. Perhaps what you want isn't ready for inclusion, yet. You'll get short shrift, on this list, if you were to rant about how the distro doesn't support MP3 playback, for instance. But if you'd simply said that you couldn't find anything to play MP3s, you would have been told Fedora can't/won't support it, but there's at least one external repo that you can use that does. And some clues to start you off installing what you needed from it.
