I'm on FF 13 and do not experience any performance problems with the
back button. Overall, 13 seems to be a tad quicker (placebo?) than 12.
I pulled in 13 from the remi repo and can agree that it is faster. I
had to learn to take my finger off the up/down arrows because it
scrolled so fast I'd miss what I was aiming for.
