The people that maintain the packages that you have installed also wrote the system that this uses wrote those scripts. Really? The developers that created the OS system that you are using and the process to maintain it and updated. And you are afraid of them? Really. Then your only option appears to to reinstall from scratch. Which will to certainly loose everything instead of maybe fixing your system.
