Wireless network drop outs on XPS17 (F16, Centrino Advanced N)

I'm running F16-KDE-64 on a Dell XPS17 laptop.

It is continually dropping wireless connections. It works and then it
doesn't work. Very annoying.

I am managing wireless with Network manager.

Any ideas ?

Thanks
