Take it up with the desktop list or the Gnome list. Don't whine at me.

Don't be surprised either when they tell you "most users" have no use for SNR or power level statistics showing up on their desktop. They'd much rather see bars indicating strength.

I have already started a thread over there.

We are developing a check list of things that are really needed. Like clicking on an SSID to trigger a reconnect.
