Hi, I am on an x86_64 system and am compiling something that is looking for libpng14-config in (/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin) Looking around, I get: sudo yum provides */libpng14-config Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit, remove- : with-leaves Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile * fedora: mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca * rpmfusion-free: mirror.web-ster.com * rpmfusion-free-updates: mirror.web-ster.com * updates: mirror.lib.ucdavis.edu mingw32-libpng-1.4.3-2.fc15.noarch : MinGW Windows Libpng library Repo : fedora Matched from: Filename : /usr/i686-pc-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/libpng14-config mingw32-libpng-1.4.8-1.fc15.noarch : MinGW Windows Libpng library Repo : updates Matched from: Filename : /usr/i686-pc-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/libpng14-config Is this all right, or a sort of harmless "bug"? Why should the file be installed in something called i686-* etc etc...? I am running an up-to-date F15.
