I made side reference to this issue in another post. When I upgraded from F14 to F15 the tool tips and some dialogs became very slow. If this is not the case for most people, is it possibly a side-effect of doing an upgrade vs a clean install? Most everything else is okay. Running XFCE instead of Gnome3 is snappier, but the smart code completion tooltip/dialogs and Chrome's bookmark dialog are still painfully slow. Thank you.
