I already downloaded the package of wvdial from my win partition. Tried to install it with "yum localinstall path/pachage_name". I had the same error message. So the problem is in yum itself. I think the problem comes from my installation. As I had F8 before, when I installed F12 I choosed the option of upgrading. I'll try a new full installation of F12, and I'll see if the problem is fixed.
