Yes, the cjk fonts cause some sort of problem. Just for future
reference, these are my notes on installing the Citrix client on F13:

yum -y remove cjk*

rm /usr/lib/libXm.so.3*

rpm -Uvh
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm

yum -y install openmotif

# download ICAClient-11.0-1.i386.rpm from Citrix web site
yum --nogpgcheck install ICAClient-11.0-1.i386.rpm
