Try this,
# grep -i mount /var/log/messages
If you still don't get any output, something might be wrong with your
HAL settings. I am not well acquainted with HAL to provide any hints on
troubleshooting. Sorry :( But on the bright side, there are many members
on this list who are much more familiar with it. :)
Any suggestions anyone?
