If the sshd_config port number is changed and then sshd restarted, I get

Uh, "man semanage" would point you in the right direction.  If you want
to use port 8888 for TCP, then:

	# semanage -a port -t ssh_port_t -p tcp 8888

You can view the current port listings via:

	# semanage port -l
