To clarify this a bit, although I think the person I am quoting knows
this, the Fedora KDE team is not, to the best of my knowledge against
have 3.5 in Fedora, they just don't have the resources to do it
themselves, and so are pursuing what they can, which is KDE4.

And let me just say, that I have tried KDE4, and so far it is the best
vanilla KDE experience I have had in Fedora. This opinion may change
as I use it more heavily however.
