No, not any longer. The filenames are just those random strings of
letters, so there'd be no clues in that, either. I'd hazard a guess
that it'd be from some site that'd stuffed an executable into what
purported to be an image, in the hope the MSIE would do whatever it
normally does (ignore the MIME type, assess the type of file itself,
have Explorer do whatever Explorer normally does with that file type,
and in this case it would be executing it).
You'd see spam email try this trick, though they'd usually stuff the
nasty file into something that pretended it was a MIDI file to be played
in the background while viewing the mail.
Make an OS that panders to idiots, and what do you get...
Too bad. There a many sites that could have been searched that might have
identified what this is/was.
