Currently I have: 3216 /usr/bin/artsd -F 10 -S 4096 -a alsa -d -r 48000 -s 10 -m \ artsmessage -c drkonqi -l 3 -f No pulseaudio demon (see below) Mplayer working Flash working Amarok telling me "xine was unable to initialize any audio drivers". This when I log into KDE: "Sound server informational message: Error while initializing the sound driver: device: default can't be opened for playback (Connection refused) The sound server will continue, using the null output device." When I try "pulseaudio -d" I get: W: polkit.c: Failed to show grant dialog: Unable to lookup exe for caller W: polkit.c: PolicyKit responded with 'auth_admin_keep_always' E: main.c: read() failed: Resource temporarily unavailable E: main.c: daemon startup failed. poc -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
