1/ sshd[1767]: error: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0
failed: Address already in use.

2/ init: Trying to re-exec init

Comment these out in your /etc/ssh/sshd_config and the error will go away.
#ListenAddress 0.0.0.0
#ListenAddress ::

then restart the sshd daemon
 >service sshd restart
