Sshd attempts to bind to port 22 on all interfaces by default. If it's already started and bound to the port then you'll see this error. Nothing to worry about, unless ssh isn't working..then well you may have a problem. As for init....when some services start or restart they call init again. This may be what you're seeing. Someone will correct if I'm mistaken.
