Isnt that a question for the admins of those servers?  The log
mentions specific upgrades to specific versions of packages such as
lighttpd.  Local admins are not required to run a blanket yum update
to deal with updates. In fact no one is required to run yum at all.
If the admins of those systems have a more structured or conservative
protocol for dealing with updates on these systems, then feel free to
take it up with them.  How they choose to maintain their systems and
log such action is completely and utterly inappropriate to discuss in
a forum where they are not present.... such as this.
