Is the issue libata?  Per F7 Release Notes, all /dev/hdxx are now
/dev/sdxx.  Does the /tmp line in fstab use a label or the device
/dev/hda15 (which probably becomes /dev/sda15)?  There's also a limit in
libata of 15 partitions; the old way allowed 63.
