I live in the US  and use oOpenDNS. You may want to try it to see if it
works in AU, I would change your DNS servers to OPENDNS
http://opends.com. I have been using them for just under a year and have
no complaints. In fact, they are my only DNS servers as I have
eliminated my ISP's.
