I tend to agree that such things may be better done externally, but if
you only ever manage your mail with one client on one PC, you may as
well do it all with it.  I see the Evolution does let you assign and
adjust scores based on rules, though if I wanted to do it, I'd probably
do it externally because Evolution is tediously slow at working rules
over its mail, and I do use the same mail on different clients and PCs.
