Saying that something simply "does not work" does not give
us enough information to help you fix the issue(s). What is
not working, specifically? E.g.: Is it a translation bug?
Unexpected behavior from the program's user interface? Crashes?
Errors downloading the software information? Error when
installing a package? Can you reproduce the bug? If so, can you
obtain some sort of a backtrace or general steps to cause the
bug to appear?
