tv-card remote control problems: showkey returning codes >255

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,

I have a problem using my tv-card's remote control. The card is a
Terratec Cinergy 400 (using the saa7134 module) and most of the keys of
the remote control work without problems.
However, some of the remote's keys are not reported by 'xev' and
'showkey -s' doesn't report them either. Running 'showkey -k' reports
codes as 372, 403 or 402.
When I try to use these key codes in a custom keymap, 'loadkeys' aborts
and says 'addkey called with bad index 372'. Is this a problem of the
saa7134 driver or am I doing anything wrong?

Thanks in advance,
Simon
