Thanks Robin, I'll check on that. It's really weird because that server has been running fine for a few months.

I suspect the cause is related to a cron job, since according to the logs it started to happen on exact hours.

I had some weird HD issues that turned out to be power supply related.
The 5V rail was low and one of my drives was acting up causing system
freezes.

Changing the power supply fixed the issue.  Note, the power supply
warranty isn't worth the extra cost of the power supply I purchased.
