Does anybody have any ideas of causes/solutions?
Thanks in advance.

I had some weird HD issues that turned out to be power supply related.
The 5V rail was low and one of my drives was acting up causing system
freezes.
Changing the power supply fixed the issue. Note, the power supply
warranty isn't worth the extra cost of the power supply I purchased.
