ncftpput problems

FC5 - i386

I have a procmail script that receives attachments via e-mail, then ftp's them to a site....

Lately, the ncftpput program I'm using has been getting errors:

LibNcFTP 3.2.0 (August 5, 2006) compiled for linux-x86-glibc2.4
Uname: Linux|boris|2.6.17-1.2187_FC5|#1 Mon Sep 11 01:17:06 EDT 2006|i686
Glibc: 2.4 (development)
Could not read reply from control connection: Connection reset by peerCannot recover from miscellaneous open error -157.

I do a "# service network restart" on my end, re-submit the same e-mail message and all is well, until next time...

Any suggestions on how to debug this? "Connection reset by peer" is interesting... I'm assuming it could mean a problem at the "far end". But then I wouldn't really expect a network restarton my end to solve it.

hmmm

Thanks,
Don Russell
