system-config-printer will override any changes made through the 
CUPS interface. If you want to use the browser-based CUPS 
interface, you must remove the system-config-printer package.

The "hp-toolbox" program, also available somewhere in the menu.

Don't you know how your printer is connected to your computer? If 
it connects through a parallel, RS-232 or USB cable, it's 
locally connected.
