you can use sarg also easy to configure and on redhat system if you
dag repo for yum just do

yum install sarg it will install sarg.



also i want mail server uses tool
and network monitoring tools

What MTA you are using Sendmail/Postfix/Qmail/Exim ? There are lots of
tools available for monitoring.


Network monitoring

Cacti, Opennms,mon,nagios etc.
