That looks like an internal address, so setup an acl for that server / address and use the always_direct tag.
Something like this:
acl local-servers dst 10.1.1.21
always_direct allow local-servers
Or another way you can do it is to tell your browser not to use the proxy for certain address.
On Firefox it is found on Edit --> Preferences --> Connection Settings --> No Proxy For..
