Agreed, but this was a Seagate 400GB, I ran badblocks, it re-allocated the bad sector and then 1-2 days later I had about 1,000+ bad sectors :P Then, I RMA's it.

Bad sectors are expected on consumer drives and you are unlikely to be
able to RMA a drive because of one bad sector. Modern drives are designed
to be able to have some bad sectors.
