Sorry you haven't gotten the treatment you feel you deserve, but

If you acted this rationally in choosing to make your purchase and in
dealing with support after you had, it's not surprising that you found
yourself in a shitty situation.
Please add something constructive to the list or don't add anything at
all. Pissing and whining to those who aren't in any position to help
